I can help you untwist negative thinking and learn mindfulness and relaxation techniques to calm the body and mind. Through interactive conversation, I collaborate with you to design a therapy that best suits your needs. I work well with those struggling with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, creative blocks, life transitions, addictions, and finding your sense of self.
